Readville Campus

Over a five+ year period, Noannet navigated the difficult permitting process in a neighborhood of Boston that had successfully fought to keep meaningful multifamily development out for nearly half a century and obtained approval for the construction of a 247 unit transit-oriented multifamily development directly adjacent to Boston’s Readville Commuter Rail Station. Acclaimed Boston architects Bargmann Hendrie + Archetype eschewed the standard “generic architecture surrounded by a sea of pavement” formula for many modern non-high rise apartment complexes, and took advantage of site topography to create a campus-like setting of industrial-chic buildings surrounded by grassy lawns and courtyards above and parking below. Noannet sold the project site and development approvals in late 2023, and construction is now underway.
