In September 2023, The Noannet Group and Saunders Hotel Group opened the doors to the first Raffles Hotel and Residences in North America. Twelve years in the making, Raffles Boston has opened as one of the top hotels in the United States, bringing a level of elegance, sophistication and amenities previously unseen in Boston. In July 2024, less than a year after its opening, Travel & Leisure named Raffles Boston the #1 hotel in Boston and #3 city hotel in all of the U.S. Located in the heart of Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood, Raffles Boston includes 147 five-star hotel rooms, 5 food and beverage outlets including Amar by Michelin-starred chef George Mendes and La Padrona by James Beard Award-winning Jody Adams, a Guerlain Spa with 20-meter pool, and 146 condominium residences.  Founded in Singapore in 1887, Raffles is one of the most iconic hotel names in the world, with hotels that are welcoming oases of refined elegance.  Five design firms were involved in the creation of Raffles Boston: Boston’s The Architectural Team, who created the building’s striking exterior profile; Stonehill Taylor, who designed the dramatic and varied hotel interiors and stunning guest rooms; Rockwell Group, designers of the building’s beautiful residences, spa and fitness facilities; Studio Paolo Ferrari, visionary for the building’s spectacular Long Bar and Terrace 200’ above the city; and AvroKo, creators of the vibrant La Padrona.
